All donations will help us to ease the burden for Cincinnati-area high school student(s) whose lives have been affected by cancer.

We are a 501 (c)(3) organization. 

 

We are also a certified Scholarship Granting Organization in Ohio. Donating to a Scholarship Granting Organization like Forever 49 not only benefits students, but Ohio taxpayers who donate to an SGO are allowed a dollar-for-dollar nonrefundable credit up to $750, rather than a deduction, against their Ohio tax liability for their cash contribution directly to an Forever 49. This is advantageous to taxpayers because it directly reduces their Ohio tax liability, whereas a deduction reduces the amount of income that is subject to tax.
